Professional Experience
Bill Guan has 23 years’ experience with 15 years of Canadian experience in mechanical engineering design for various buildings including regional public transit, data centers, commercial and industrial facilities, regional medical infrastructure, and laboratory. He has successfully completed over 50 projects in the last 15 years as he is familiar with various building systems design – HVAC systems, plumbing and fire protection systems, chiller plant and steam distribution plant, fuel oil system, compressed air system, and building automation system.
Bill has held an increasingly senior role in the successful delivery of several large, complex industrial, commercial, laboratory and data centre facility projects.
Bill’s knowledge of the various market, as well as his understanding of sustainable design and the greening of existing building, will benefit clients looking to maximize their investments, whether by building new properties or refreshing older ones.
